After a BIG rainstorm, we noticed a leak in the ceiling of our bathroom. (Roof is only 3 yrs old. 😐) I saw the great reviews Roof Kings of Texas was getting so, I called Steven, who immediately put my mind at ease concerning the leak. He assured me he could find & fix the problem. He was very personable & knowledgeable & did, indeed find & fix the problem. He also assured me that his work is guaranteed, should we have anymore problems with this particular leak. Since then we’ve had 2 pretty good rains & everything has been fine. Thank you Steven! First class company! In a world where customer service seems to be completely missing, Steven and his team went out of their way to accommodate a couple of very picky people!! We wanted the shingles to match the color of the house as much as possible. Steven was able to work some magic and we love - love - our new roof.Plus with the high quality products, and extra care that went into the installation, the roof is going to last for a LONG time!I cannot recommend Roof Kings enough! ABOVE & BEYOND SERVICE!!! I contacted Roof Kings on May 7th for a quote and had new insulation and a new roof June 6th! Steve really went out of his way to make sure it was done RIGHT along with trimming trees that rubbed the roof, financing help, and out right CARING. He really took the stress out of this process, as this was my first time having a big project done.I wish we could clone Steve and have him involved in all house projects!
As a realtor of 7 years, I’ve learned it can be difficult to find honest trades who do good work, and put people over profits. That certainly is not the case when it comes to Roof Kings. Jamie was extremely responsive, quick to assist, and very knowledgeable. While a new roof would’ve set my client back $12k, Jamie was honest and informed us that the roof was in great condition and didn’t need replacement. There are so many companies that would jump at the chance to replace the roof to make a profit. I’m truly blown away. And to make things even sweeter, Jamie answered the phone while in the middle of a family matter, took care of us the same day, and refused all attempts for us to compensate him for his time and generosity. It doesn’t get better than this. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else.

Steven came by the same day my wife called and patched our roof leak that was creating a bubble in our ceiling. He was attentive and explained everything we needed simply for our understanding. Later his crew got our whole roof replaced and he was very helpful when the insurance handler came by and made the process very smooth.

I would recommend to anyone needing a reliable and professional roof assessment. Steven could have suggested a full replacement.But after an evaluation gave us a reasonable quote for a repair instead.Within days he himself came back to make all repairs.They have won my business,for any future repairs or replacement.

We were having issues with heavy water collection areas during rain and Steven promptly came out to assess the problem areas and let us know best solutions. We had them install the seamless gutters which look fantastic! Very happy with the outcome and I will be using again on further projects down the road.
